Rubber Band Project

Description of the Wiki:
Our class was working on the Rubber Band Trajectory, in order to find out at what angle a rubber band travels the furthest. This experiment was to determine how well we create a good experiment question, hypothesis, procedures, data collection, data analysis, and writing a good conclusion. The question was at what angle (15,30,45,60,75) does a rubber band fly the furthest? We looked at some angles and determined that 45 degrees would fly the furthest. The first 3 days we created a launcher to help us decrease the level of human error for the experiment (as you can see above.) We tested the last two days. We made 10 trials per angle and launched the rubber band. At first it was hard, because their was some outliers to redo. We redid the outliers and came up with a conclusion. We found out that by a really small amount of centimeters of difference, 30 degrees made the rubber band launch the furthest. This wiki shows the steps we made to create a final decision and prove to Mr. Ozeni how well we know how to conduct and create a good experiment.
